GLASONTBUDGET 2022

Glastonbudget is a three day annual music festival, welcoming crowds of around 10,000 people. I was hosting on stage, introducing bands and engaging with the crowd.

BIRMINGHAM MUSIC AWARDS CHRISTMAS EVENT 2021

I was one of the hosts at the BMA Christmas Event, where local musicians performed on stage to celebrate our local talent. I introduced the artists and engaged with the audience.

JOURNALISM’S RISING STARS PANEL – BBC DIGITAL CITIES 2020

I spoke on a panel of University of Salford alumni about how to break into the media industry. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, it was a virtual event and was hosted alongside BBC Digital Cities.

NATIONS AND REGIONS: MEDIA FUTURES 2019

I co-hosted the 25th annual Nations and Regions: Media Futures event, alongside presenter Darryl Morris.

The event was for media professionals and students looking to get into the industry. The media professionals at the event included: BBC Three, YouTube Originals and VICE Media.

FORWARD FOR BIRMINGHAM WEEK 2019 – BLAKESLEY HALL PRIMARY SCHOOL

I was a guest speaker at Blakesley Hall Primary School as part of Forward for Birmingham Week.

I spoke to the pupils about radio and journalism. Other guests included nurses, the police and MP Jess Phillips.
